How do I proceed and how does the booking process work?
To secure your apartment, we ask for two week's advanced rent. This formally takes your apartment off the market. At this point, we will carry out the relevant credit checks and referencing which will require a few key details from you. Once this is completed, we will create a tenancy agreement for you, agree your desired move-in date, your preferred rental direct debt date (1st of the month or 15th of the month) and confirm which security charge option works better for you.
