How do I proceed and how does the booking process work?
To secure your apartment, we ask for one week’s advance rent. This formally takes your apartment off the market. At this point, we will carry out the relevant credit checks and referencing which will require a few key details from you. Once this is completed, we will create a tenancy agreement for you, agree your desired move-in date, your preferred rental payment date (1st of the month or 15th of the month) and confirm which security charge option works better for you.
What do apartments come with?
All apartments come fully equipped with integrated appliances, including: full height Zanussi fridge/freezer, Zannusi microwave, Zanussi four burner induction hob, Zanussi oven, Zanussi dishwasher, Zanussi washer/dryer.
All apartments come fully furnished as standard, with four bespoke furniture options available, depending on which apartment you reserve.
Lounges are furnished with a statement coffee table and stylish media unit. Studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments provide a two-seater sofa, with the option for a larger three-seater sofa and an armchair in the three bed apartments in selected furniture packs. Studios offer a dining table and chairs, and all other apartments come with either high stools or chairs around a breakfast bar or a standalone dining table.
Each bedroom includes two bedside tables, a 1,000 pocket sprung, king size bed and mattress. There are a minimum of three single fitted wardrobes per bedroom, with most having two double wardrobes per bedroom.

What amenity space is available within the building?
Vita Living has an extensive mix of communal spaces, all of which are free for residents to use. Five themed private dining rooms, complete with kitchen space, which can be booked for a variety of events from meetings to dinner parties. Six floors across both buildings dedicated to flexible coworking and social lounge space. Bookable meeting rooms or home-working spaces. State-of-the-art gym, open 24 hours a day.
Is Vita Living pet friendly?
Yes! We accept cats and dogs and allow up to two pets per apartment. We only accept small to medium sized dog breeds, with exceptions for guide dogs and service animals.
Does Vita Living provide parking?
A brand new, secure parking facility is supplied by NCP, within Circle Square, just two minutes from Vita Living. There is an additional charge for this service.
Does Vita Living have a gym?
Yes, Vita Living has a high-quality, commercial-grade gym. The gym is situated on the Mezzanine level of North Tower and is available for all residents across the site to use, 24-hours a day.
As a resident, how would I book private dining and meeting rooms at Vita Living?
The concierge team will be on hand to handle any room booking enquiries. Private spaces will be managed on a fair usage policy, ensuring that all residents get fair access. No singular apartment can book up all the availability, while advance bookings will be limited to one month so key dates can be fairly booked.
Does Vita Living allow smoking?
All apartments and common areas, including the roof terrace, are non-smoking at Vita Living.
